Your Qualifications
- Completed industrial-technical (e.g. Food Technology Specialist or similar) or skilled trade training
- Previous professional experience, preferably in the food industry, is an advantage
- Strong teamwork skills, collegial attitude, and good communication skills
- High level of quality awareness, particularly regarding occupational safety and hygiene
- Quick comprehension and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Reliability, flexibility, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure
- Openness to change
- Good technical understanding
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance and management systems (ISO/HACCP)
- Basic computer skills
Your Responsibilities
After completing your onboarding period, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating our production equipment. You will ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of production during your shift.
