Pre-gelatinized Rice Flour R90

The addition of Pre-gelatinized Rice Flour R90 yields juicy baked goods which keep fresher longer. This recipe demonstrates how easy it is to use swelling flours. With the use of wheat starch, the baked goods achieve a fine and uniform structure.

Basic recipe for muffins:

Sugar

500 g

Preparation:

Whip for 6 minutes using the all-in process.
Do not fill the cups completely and bake immediately at 190 °C for 25 min.

Chocolate chips or different types of fruit pieces can be mixed in.


The recipe makes about 60 pieces.
