WITTGEL is a solubilized, cold-swelling wheat starch, free from insoluble components. It is made from selected food-grade wheat flour and untreated spring water.
Areas of application:
- Milk replacer feed
 - Flaked fish feed and pet food
 - Carrier for amino acids, minerals and feed additives

- Thickening and stabilizing of calf milk
 - Bulked carbohydrate source for animal nutrition
