Key Responsibilities
- Administer heterogeneous IT networks and databases, and provide IT support
- Maintain and further develop the existing IT infrastructure, including ERP and MES systems
- Plan and implement technical projects
- Optimize existing business processes and integrate them into the ERP system
- Support specialist departments during system integration projects
- Manage, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from planning through implementation
- Maintain technical documentation and continuously update the company's IT security concept
Your Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent professional experience
- Solid experience with Microsoft server systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows client systems, and Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Microsoft 365); experience with Linux systems and/or VoIP telephony systems is an advantage
- Experience in network technology, monitoring, firewall administration, VPNs, virtualization, backup solutions, and SQL databases
- Strong communication skills, an independent and responsible working style, and excellent analytical thinking abilities
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Enthusiasm for IT and a genuine enjoyment of your work
