According to the Regulation (EC) 41/2009 (from 20/07/2016 Implementing Regulation (EU) No 828/2014) Pregelatinized Corn Flour gluten-free is suitable for people intolerant to gluten. Each batch is examined in an external laboratory and certified accordingly.
