Apprenticeship training position as an Industrial Mechanical Engineer

Production at KRÖNER-STÄRKE must run smoothly at all times. For the ongoing maintenance, repair and retrofitting of production equipment, we need reliable industrial mechanical engineers with technical understanding and skills. 

Within the 3.5 years of training, we will teach you how to handle technical units, machines and equipment in practice. Our team consisting of experienced locksmiths and electronic technicians will introduce you to the principles of the manufacture and maintenance of production plants. You will also learn how to make and assemble parts, how to maintain and repair machines, how to find errors in subassemblies and how to remedy them.  

Throughout the whole apprenticeship, we will support multi-professional skills including learning and working methods, creativity, flexibility, team building, independence and communication skills. 

After passing the final exam, you will be able to work as a qualified industrial mechanics engineer within the production process.

Vocational school:

2 days/week, Berufl. Schulen, Ibbenbüren

  • Maintenance of technical systems
  • Set-up, expansion and testing of electronic control parts
  • Business processes and quality assurance systems in the operations field
  • Industrial training, industrial and tariff law 
  • Structure and organization of the training company
  • Safety and health protection
  • Environmental protection

Training goals:

The goal of this apprenticeship, which is oriented to a practical approach is to enable trainees to work as qualified industrial mechanical engineers in the production process after having passed the final exam.
