Since 1984, we have offered gluten-free starches and flours which are characterized by the lowest gliadin content and superior baking properties which are both achieved through continuous optimization of the production technology. We refrain from using micro-biocides and extraction aids as well as other chemical production auxiliaries and further ensure the most natural raw materials possible for the production of your products.

Each batch of gluten-free products from our company is analyzed for its gliadin content by an external institution and accordingly certified.
