INAMIN

Sand cakes made with INAMIN are characterized by a very tender crumb with fine pores. Selected ingredients ensure delicate taste and uniform browning of the baked goods. Last but not least the fresh-keeping properties are also positively affected when using INAMIN.

Basic recipe for sand cake:

Wheat Starch

Preparation:

Whip for 6 minutes using the all-in process. Pour into a pan with paper inserts and bake as normal for about 40 minutes.
